Methods of Payment

Trust Payments

We have selected Trust Payments to manage the processing of payments through our website.

Trust Payments is trusted and utilised by thousands of businesses, big and small, in nearly all parts of the world as a secure payment method.

Trust Payments accept the following payment cards: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, V Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Maestro.

Klarna

We offer two payment options using Klarna, giving you the flexibility to pay in either 30 days or three monthly, interest-free instalments. Find out more about Klarna here.

Money Back Guarantee

You may, however, cancel a payment made on this website before items are manufactured by sending an email quoting your order number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. All goods within the order must have been returned to Cladco Profiles Ltd in perfect condition before the refund will be processed. Goods returned must be signed for by a member of Cladco staff.

All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order, we are unable to refund back to a different payment method.

Please note, this is not applicable for custom made items

To return a non-custom item that has been delivered, you must notify the company of your wish to return goods within 14 days, and goods must be returned within 28 days, from receipt of the goods. Please notify us in writing to [email protected] along with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Returns

All roofing sheet orders are made to order and as such a custom item. Once the sheets have been made, we are unable to accept a return on them unless faulty.

You may, however, cancel a payment made on this website before items are manufactured by sending an email quoting your order number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.

An unwanted product that is not custom (for example accessories) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original brand-new condition.

You must notify the company of your wish to return goods within 14 days, and goods must be returned within 28 days, from receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing- please email [email protected] with proof of purchase, and your order number’

Returns are made at customers cost and must be sent via a signed for, tracked secure service. Goods will only be refunded once received and signed for by Cladco. Cladco are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit when returning to us.

 

Please note - All non-faulty, non-custom goods returned to the company may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge..
